Mobile switch virus?
According to Forbes, the French unit of the Russian security software developer Kaspersky Labs said the virus called 'Cabir' that can infect mobile phones appears to have been developed by an international group specialised in creating viruses which try to show that no technology is reliable and safe from their attacks.
Anti-virus experts have been warning for months that mobile phone viruses are set to multiply, given the increasingly diverse uses of mobile phones. Chances for mobile telecom providers to start a viral marketing campaign? Switching with different phones - or better, different providers - leads to virus infections... |
