Queen Beatrix Jubilee Stamps
Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands is this year celebrating her 25th anniversary as head of state. To mark this Silver Jubilee, TPG Post will issue five unique stamps on 30 April 2005.
Stamps: "Silver Jubilee of Queen Beatrix" design.
The stamps were designed by Samira Ben Laloua of Rotterdam, who studied at the St. Joost Academy and the Jan van Eyck Academy. Ben Laloula works as an independent designer for the firm Ben Laloua/Didier Pascal. In 2001, she designed the stamps celebrating the centenary of the Royal Dutch Society for the Study of Wildlife.
